MNT Module Four contains instruction on the performance of many of the most important skills the Medical Nail Technician will perform in the medical office. The foot exam is essential before performing any of the health of the patient. The sections on Debridement and Curettage are basic non-invasive services the MNT will perform on fungal feet and are the MNT may be performing often. Massage is covered because it is different in at-risk patients than for patients with normal health, and the knowledge of building a new toe nail for patients is very important for patients, esthetically.
